For nearly two decades, I’ve been guiding women to awaken their power, connect with their purpose, and design the lives they love. As an empowerment coach, mom, host of the Empowering Her podcast (ranked in the top 1 percent), and a three-time author, I believe in leading by example.
I’ve spent my life curating a world that aligns with my deepest passions. I married the love of my life, am raising twin daughters who inspire me every day and have created a life that feels both intentional and deeply fulfilling—not because it’s perfect, but because I’ve learned how to design it that way.
Along the way, I’ve studied with some of the greats—Louise Hay, Tony Robbins, Gabby Bernstein—and have dedicated myself to helping women, just like you, uncover the power, brilliance, and possibility already within them.
